- Our harnesses are made with brass hardware and polypropylene webbing for maximum strength, covered in a pretty waterproof fabric.

Measure your dog standing up, with a soft tape measure:
- Neck circumference: at the base of the neck, where the collar naturally sits.
- Chest girth: at the widest point, just behind the front legs.
Once the accessory is on, you should be able to slide two fingers flat between the strap and the body. Between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Care
BIOTHANE®:
Simply clean Biothane® accessories with a soft cloth and clean water. For heavier dirt, you can use a little mild soap, then rinse thoroughly.
WATERPROOF AND SOFT FABRICS:
Waterproof fabric accessories can be hand-washed with lukewarm water, mild soap and a sponge.
They can also be machine-washed at 30°C, ideally in a laundry bag. Leave to air-dry.
HARDWARE:
Gold brass hardware
Brass is a living material that may naturally darken over time. This is perfectly normal and does not affect its quality in any way.
To restore its shine, gently rub the hardware with a cloth soaked in white vinegar, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Brass can sometimes leave light marks on pale Biothane® colours or on fabrics. They come off easily with a little mild soap or coconut oil.
Silver stainless steel hardware
Stainless steel is particularly resistant to moisture and corrosion.
A simple wipe with clean water and a soft cloth is usually enough to keep it shining.
AFTER THE SEA:
After every swim in the sea, we recommend rinsing the accessories thoroughly in clean water to remove the salt, which could damage the materials and speed up oxidation of the hardware.
Then leave to air-dry before the next use.

Delivery & returns
Delivery: Every piece is handmade: allow about 4 weeks between your order and receiving your parcel. (This only applies to the accessories we make ourselves, in the "The Walk" section; otherwise allow 2 to 3 working days.) Parcels are mainly sent by tracked Colissimo, and you receive the tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel leaves. Customs duties may apply outside the European Union.
In-store collection: Live near Avignon? Collection from 91 rue de la Bonneterie is free, Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 6.30pm.
Returns: You have 14 days from receipt to return an item that isn't right. It must come back in its original condition, unworn, with the return form slipped into the parcel. Return costs are your responsibility. Made-to-measure pieces and engraved ID tags cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Sewn in our workshop in Avignon
This piece is cut, sewn and checked by hand at 91 rue de la Bonneterie. That's also why no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Waterproof fabric
An exclusive pattern printed on a coated water-repellent fabric, lined and topstitched. Rain slides off, mud wipes away, colours last.
Made, then shipped
Allow about 2 to 4 weeks between ordering and delivery. Parcels are sent by tracked Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
