Lead times
Every piece is made by hand: allow about 4 weeks between placing your order and receiving your parcel. ( This applies only to the accessories we make ourselves ( "The Walk" section ); otherwise allow 2 to 3 working days ). If your order contains several items, it ships in one go, once everything is ready.
Shipping
- Metropolitan France — Colissimo tracked. You receive the tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel leaves.
- European Union — Colissimo International tracked.
- Outside the European Union — customs duties and local taxes may apply on receipt. These are your responsibility.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item that is not right for you.

Fill in the online form and we will reply within 1 to 2 working days with the steps to follow. You can also download the paper form there, to slip into your parcel.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and free of defects.
- Return costs are your responsibility.
- Made-to-measure pieces and engraved ID tags cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
As soon as we have received and checked the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

As soon as your parcel leaves the workshop, you receive an e-mail with the Colissimo tracking number. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then write to us: we'll track down your order in two minutes.

As long as your order hasn't shipped, everything can be changed. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and what needs changing.

Send us a photo of the parcel and the item within 48 hours of receipt. We'll sort it out with you, no questions asked.
